Description
► Introduction
The automated logistics system is a transportation system tailored-made based on the growers specific needs, such as growth processes, personnel operation flexibility, the greenhouse and related supporting facilities layout. Production materials, planted crops, and finished products are separately transmitted among fields and houses by driving seedling tray lines which containing a complete transportation chain.

► Operation
Manual system
Manually push and pull the seedling tray to move on the track or within the planting area. This system is low-cost and requires minimal maintenance on a daily basis. Users can easily add various automation devices without modifying the existing system when expanding functions.
Semi-Auto System
A semi-auto transportation system is designed to reduce manpower expenses. Electric tracks are allowing the seedling trays to move in different areas. The transfer of the seedling tray between the tracks and the planting areas should rely on manual pushing and pulling.
Full-Automation System
The operation of the seedling tray and track is entirely controlled by the program. This is currently the most advanced and efficient product, the most perfect solution in greenhouse automation, and a flexible and convenient system.
► Advantages
• Reducing energy consumption
• Decreasing labor costs
• Diminishing pests and diseases
• Reducing error rate
• Improving product quality
• Increasing greenhouse utilization efficiency
• Enhancing rate of return
