The material of the planting trough is mainly polypropylene. Polypropylene is a high-density, side chain free, and high crystalline linear polymer, which has the advantages of being non-toxic, odorless, tasteless, light in weight, good in toughness and chemical resistance. It is very durable and has been in practical use for over 15 years.

Taking the 300mm 400mm-300mm planting trough as an example, the folding diagrams of the end part are as follows:

① and ② in the figure are creases on the vertical direction of the planting trough. ③, ④, and ⑤ for the creases that need to be processed on site, tools such as a flat screwdriver can be used when processing the creases, but blades should be avoided. As Figure 1:

After ③、④、⑤ are done, lift up ①, ②, ③ and fold them towards the outside or inside of the planting trough along ④ and ⑤.  As Figure 2:

After folding, finnally fix it with 5 plastic rivets (or pull rivets, screws, etc.).

Installation diagram for drainage outlet:

Normally, each planting trough is equipped with a drainage outlet, and a circular hole with a diameter of 50 mm is opened on the planting trough at one end of the drainage outlet.

► Installation Notice:

•1 The length of a single planting trough should not exceed 50 meters;

• To ensure smooth drainage, a minimum tilt angle of 2-3 ‰ is required;

• Pay attention to the uniformity of the slope and avoid large undulations;

• Avoid clogging at the end part of the drainage outlet.
