► Tidal Moving Seedbed Products
• The tidal irrigation system originated in the Netherlands. It is an efficient water-saving irrigation method designed using the principle of the rise and fall of tidal water, with bottom water supply. It is currently one of the most advanced greenhouse crop irrigation methods which is suitable for the planting and management of various potted plants and seedlings.
• During irrigation, the water level in the entire seedbed slowly rises and reaches the appropriate liquid level due to the faster water supply speed than the return speed - known as rising tide, which generally submerges the plastic tray to a depth of about 2-3 centimeters; And maintain for a certain period of time (usually 8-10 minutes), the nutrient solution rises to the surface of the substrate in the pot due to capillary action, letting the crop roots to fully absorb. Then turn off the water supply pipe, slowly retrieve the nutrient admixture, and recycle it to the nutrient admixture pool - called ebb tide.Crops irrigated with tidal irrigation have significantly better growth than those manually.
• They can not only reduce the occurrence of gangrene and wrinkled leaves, but also reduce water consumption by 33% and improve water use efficiency by 40%. Lateral Braces
The lateral brace is to support the steel wire mesh on the bed surface and connect the aluminum alloy frame. The material is galvanized square tube, with a specification of 20*30*1.5. The spacing between the lateral braces is 0.5m.

Tidal Tray
The tidal tray is made of ABS material and customized according to the width and length of the seedbed. The tidal tray is glued and spliced onto the aluminum alloy frame and the lower lateral braces of the tray.

Inlet and Outlet Switches
The inlet and outlet switches for tidal plates have a flip plate structure inside, which prevents water from flowing out when water is in, and water flows out after the water is full. A water inlet and outlet switch is installed every 5-6 meters.

Filter Screen
The filter screen is to filter out the return water debris.

Anti-overturning Card
The anti overturning card is made of plastic, to connect the seedbed surface and support legs, and also to prevent the surface from overturning when it rotates to one side.

Roller Tube, Shrink Mouth Tube
Galvanized steel with a diameter of 48×1.8. Each seedbed is equipped with 2 roller tubes for left and right side movement of the bed surface. Each roller tube is equipped with a handwheel at one end and a pipe plug at the other. Shrink mouth tube is for connecting roller tubes.

Support Legs, Lateral Braces, Adjusting Screw, Screw Plug The support legs are made of steel pipes welded and galvanized, with a specification of 30*30*1.5, a height of 450mm, and a width of 1060mm, to support the bed surface with a 2m space. The lateral brace above the support leg is made of galvanized steel pipe, with a specification of 30*30*1.5*1100, to adjust the level of the bed surface.

Plastic Pedestal, “7”nail When cement hardening cannot be carried out in the project, plastic pedestals are used to support the seedbed. The “7”nails are to fix plastic pedestals.

► Characteristics of Tidal Moving Seedbed
• Manual driven, easy to operate, convenient to move.
• The frame of the seedbed is made of aluminum alloy, which can move left and right. A 0.6m channel is between any two seedbeds, increasing the usage area of the greenhouse to about 80%.
• The tidal panel is made of ABS plastic through high-temperature vacuum forming with high durability, high cold resistance, and high pressure resistance. Two types of tide panels: independent panels and spliced panels. Independent panels with limited length require a set of inlet and outlet valves to be placed on each panel; Spliced panels’ inlet and outlet valves are flexible to be placed, normally every 5-6 meters with one set. The lower positions of the inlet and outlet valves, the cleaner water of drainage.
