Lateral Braces
The lateral braces are to support the steel wire mesh on the bed surface and connect the aluminum alloy frame. The material is galvanized square tube, with a specification of 20*30*1.5, can also be folded into ∩-shaped. The spacing between the lateral braces is 0.5m. For cost reduction purposes, the spacing can also be expanded to 0.66 meters.
Increasing the spacing between lateral braces reduces the bearing capacity of the bed surface. For potted flowers, the spacing should not be less than 0.5m, and for tray seedling cultivation, it is flexible.

Steel Mesh
The steel mesh is galvanized after welding, with a diameter of 3.0mm and a mesh size of 130mm*30mm, customized according to the width and length of the seedbed. The steel mesh is fixed on the aluminum alloy frame and the lateral braces underneath.

Mesh Tablet Press
